$250/ month (for the 10 hours)
refundable deposit of $250 or 1 month's rent due at lease signing

At this time, we are not able to operate as a ghost kitchen for GRUB HUB/ UBER EATS businesses.
We have no parking/ storage/ cleaning area for Food Trucks but can operate as a commissary kitchen for Food Tucks.
